Directions to Torcastle House

Follow the A82 northwards from the Ballachulish Bridge to Fort William. Two miles north of Fort William turn left at the round about onto the A830 heading towards Mallaig. Follow this road for 1 mile, crossing the Caledonian Canal and take the first right signed Banavie. Continue approximately 2 miles along this road; On entering Muirshearlich take the next turning right at Seangan Croft with private road sign. Drive past the dust bins, take the right hand fork down the hill and drive through the tunnel (the tunnel will fit a standard transit van with ease, but consider your roof box or bikes in roof racks!). Continue on to the end of the straight, take the left hand fork and then bear to the right, drive on through the gates past Shepherds Rest is on the left hand side and continue down the slope to Torcastle House.
